We process your order within 24 hours between Monday and Friday. Your order will be printed in our studio in Stuttgart or Berlin and made ready for you to ship. Our delivery time is usually between one and four working days from the date of dispatch. We aim to ship your items no later than one day after you place your order. Please note that in times of high workload it can sometimes take one to two working days longer for your items to leave our studio.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. Please note that some emails may end up in your spam folder.

If you have not received an order confirmation from us after placing your order, this may be because the email address you provided was incorrect. It may also be possible that the order was not processed. Please contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicate orders.
